How it works
Send us your item photos and details. We’ll research your pieces, suggest resale pricing, prepare your photos, and write searchable titles and ready-to-copy descriptions.
After reviewing your submissions, we’ll confirm your total and estimated completion date, then send an invoice. Once payment and all required photos and details are received, we’ll begin preparing your listings.
You’ll receive researched listing copy, pricing guidance, and prepared photos to use on your chosen resale marketplace. You publish the listings and handle buyer messages, sales, and shipping.
You keep your items, publish your listings, and manage the sales. ReNu charges a service fee and does not take a sales commission. Marketplace fees still apply.

How You Receive Your Listings
We’ll email your completed List Assist report with clearly organized, ready-to-copy listing titles, descriptions, and pricing guidance for each item. Your prepared listing photos will be provided as separate image files for easy uploading. Larger orders may be delivered through a download link included in your email.
List Assist Pricing
Start with one item or save with a bundle.
Package prices:
1 item — $20
5 items — $75 ($15 per item)
10 items — $140 ($14 per item)
15 items — $195 ($13 per item)
20 items — $240 ($12 per item)
Need a different number of items? Submit your requested quantity, and we’ll confirm your total before you pay.
Some items require specialty research at an additional $10–$20 per item. We’ll explain the fee and obtain your approval before beginning any additional paid research.
Payment
We’ll review your submitted item details and photos, confirm your total, and send you an invoice. Work begins once payment and all required photos and information have been received. We accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Visa, and Mastercard.
Turnaround
Orders of 1–5 items are typically completed within 2–3 business days after payment and all required photos and item details are received. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Larger orders and items requiring more extensive research or photo preparation may take longer. We’ll confirm your estimated completion date before payment and keep you updated if additional time is needed.
